Whether it's back-to-school or back-to-the-office, this fits the bill. Each week has a vegetarian and meaty option. The four-person meal includes a nine-inch pot pie, 2 quarts of soup, salad for four, and four biscuits. The two-person meal includes a 6-inch pot pie, a quart of soup, salad for two, and two biscuits.
- Moroccan Vegetable Pie - Butternut and Summer squashes, carrots, sweet potatoes, green beans and caramelized onions with toasty North African spices and a tomato gravy, all under our whole wheat puff pastry. I think this is my personal favorite.
- Vegetarian Minestrone - The classic, with lots of veg and beans and pasta, herbs and our organic veg stock
