In this class we'll roast up some local organic pumpkins and turn them into fabulous pie. While our pumpkins are roasting, we'll learn our perfect pie dough recipe, along with tips and tricks for making a gorgeous holiday pie. Everyone makes a pie to take home, along with their extra dough (nice to have on hand in the freezer) and recipes.
Sunday, November 11, 12-2 pm. Maximum number of participants is 8. We'll provide aprons and rolling pins and all needed materials.
