This is such a fun class for the holidays! A quick puff pastry is a great tool to have in your repertoire, and it can be pretty easy too. We'll demonstrate how to make it in the food processor and then everyone will make their own batch by hand. We use that as a launch pad to make all sorts of sweet and savory tarts. This is a great recipe and technique to have on hand for the holidays. Everyone makes at least one tart to take home, along with extra dough for the freezer, and recipes. Refreshments and wine are of course included.
Saturday, December10th, 3-6 p.m. Maximum number of participants is 8. We'll provide aprons and rolling pins and all the needed materials.
