Puff pastry doesn't have to be that difficult to make a great tart. We use the food processor to make a quick puff pastry, and use it as a launch pad to make a terrific vegetable tart. Perfect for a Winter lunch or dinner, this is a great recipe and technique to have in your repertoire. Everyone makes at least one tart to take home, along with extra dough for the freezer, and recipes.
Sunday, January 13th, 12-3 p.m. Maximum number of participants is 8. We'll provide aprons and rolling pins and all the needed materials. Light refreshments provided.
Ages 15 and over, 12 and over with a parent participating in the class.
