Baking Class - Jan 29 Winter Fruit Pies

In this 3 hour class we'll learn a foolproof pie crust and fill it with local seasonal fruits. There's more going on that apples this time of year. Don't know what to do with quince? Now you're going to find out! We'll show you some tips and tricks and creative ways to decorate your pies. Everyone makes a pie to take home, along with their extra dough (nice to have on hand in the freezer) and recipes. Light refreshments and wine are of course included.
Sunday, January 29, 12-3 p.m. Maximum number of participants is 8. We'll provide aprons and rolling pins and all needed materials.
Ages 15 and over, 12 and over with a parent participating in the class.
