Baking Class - Pie Crust Intensive - Sun 2/17, 12-3 pm

No reason to be intimidated by pie dough! We'll show you a couple techniques that will boost both your skills and confidence. Using our foundation flaky crust recipe, we'll learn how to judge texture and flavor, how to mix and roll with ease. Then we'll make some pie to fill up our crusts, and everyone takes home their dough. Recipes and pies and learning all go home with you. This is a fun class!
Sunday, Feb. 17 12-3 pm. Maximum number of participants is 8. We'll provide aprons and rolling pins and all needed materials.
