Baking Class - Sunday 3/25 - Savory Spring Tarts

We'll learn a nice short pastry dough to use to make a lighter Spring-forward veggie tart. We'll gather up local greens and mushrooms, some fresh cheese and propel ourselves into the new season in style.

Sunday, March 25, 12-3 p.m.  Maximum number of participants is 8. We'll provide aprons, rolling pins and and all needed materials. Light snacks and a little wine.

Ages 15 and over, 12 and over with an adult.
