Mild German Bratwurst - pork, veal, and beef, or Vegetarian Brats, braised in local ale, with loaded mashed potatoes. To take it over the top, we make our own kraut and mustard. I personally think you should order extra kraut to have on hand. Seriously addictive. Dinner for two or for four, with all the fixings.
