Such a great skill to have in your repertoire. Making fresh pasta is simpler than you think, and in this class you will learn the basics, as well as some fun twists. Niles Pie's head chef and baker, Sarah Vegas will teach a basic egg pasta recipe, how to roll, cut, and shape a variety of pasta shapes, maybe some tortellini or ravioli too. And you'l learn about flavored pastas too - making some vegetable died pastas to add to your colorful Spring table! Everyone will go home with fresh-made pasta, recipes and some great new skills!
Maximum class size is 8. We'll provide aprons and all the needed materials. And a bit of wine and cheese to go with our pasta...
