Learn to make a basic easy fresh pasta - with no special tools needed - just a bowl, a mixing spoon, and a rolling pin! Niles Pie Head Baker and Chef, Sarah Vegas shows us how simple this really is, and how worth it. You'll learn a variety of shapes and techniques - lasagna, fettuccine, ravioli. And you need a good recipe for Bolognese sauce, so that's on the agenda too. We'll make enough to share at the shop, with a toast to our efforts. Everyone will go home with fresh-made pasta, sauce, recipes and some great new skills!
Maximum class size is 8. We'll provide aprons and all the needed materials. And a bit of wine and cheese to go with our pasta...
