Here's a good way to eat a bit healthier, and still get your Fall comfort food in. We'll make a couple different vegetable pot pies, with seasonal and local vegetables. Learn how to make a great homemade vegetable stock, and an essential bechamel sauce. Everyone makes a pie to take home, along with their extra dough (nice to have on hand in the freezer) and recipes. Light refreshments and wine are of course included.
Sunday October 29, 12-3 p.m. Maximum number of participants is 8. We'll provide aprons and rolling pins and all needed materials.
Ages 15 and over, 12 and over with a parent participating in the class.
