Events

We have the perfect space for hosting dinners and parties and classes. So we do. If you're interested in putting together a baking party or a personalized class, give us a call and we can design the perfect event for you.

Every now and then, we have a Jazz and Pie Night - casual, a la carte dinners, with pot pies, pasties and empanadas, and some great local jazz.  And every couple months, or so, we host a pop-up supper club. We do this one so we can have some fun with a super-local, delicious farm-to-table menu, and make dishes that we normally don't get a chance to put on our regular bakery menu.

Baking Class - Holiday Puff Pastry

This is such a fun class for the holidays! A quick puff pastry is a great tool to have in your repertoire, and it can be pretty easy too. We'll demonstrate how to make it in the food processor and then everyone will make their own batch by hand. We use that as a launch pad to make all sorts of sweet and savory tarts. This is a great recipe and technique to have on hand for the holidays. Everyone makes at least one tart to take home, along with extra dough for the freezer, and recipes.  Refreshments and wine are of course included.

Saturday, December10th, 3-6 p.m. $85 per person. Maximum number of participants is 8. We'll provide aprons and rolling pins and all the needed materials.
