Never Fail Pie Crust & Sweet Hand Pies - $95 per person

In this class, Niles Pie head baker, Sarah Vegas, will lead participants through easy to follow recipes and techniques that will make your treats stand out. This class will start with the production of a fool proof, flaky, and delicious pie crust recipe. We’ll then roll out and cut dough from dough blocks prepared for you by Niles Pie bakers (you get to take your class made dough home for your at home experimentations), and learn how to prepare a variety of sweet fillings. Finally, we will fill, bake, and taste our treats. Boxes will be provided to bring your dough and treats home. All materials and tools provided, just bring yourself!
Ages 16+
All classes are held at our shop, 32990 Alvarado Niles Rd. #960 Union City. There is ample free parking in our parking lot.
Cancellation policy: For a full refund, you must contact us at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled class. This allows us time to fill the space with another eager participant.
