Well, Happy New Year to you and yours! This is really going to be an exciting year! While we get up and running at the new kitchen, I'm going to take orders for Fridays only. So I have time to run around, chasing permits and getting floor mats and mop buckets and things like that. And, most importantly, planning out the menu!
I'm super excited to get to expand our offerings and go to a full-time operation! There's been so much I want to do -- more pastry, cream puffs perhaps, the endless variety of pot pies I've been wanting to do, more veggie options, more meringue and custard pies. Oh oh oh!
