Q: How do I get my pie?

A: Right now, you can pick up orders at Mr. Mikey's on Fridays after 1 p.m. Your order will be clearly labelled with your name and order number. Bring your receipt so there's no confusion.

We've also started taking orders for Terra Bella Farms CSA members, in Pleasanton. You do need to be a member of their CSA. We deliver to them on Wednesdays, but Monday members can also order and pick up pies on Wednesdays.  

I am working on developing pickup times from our kitchen in Pleasanton - stay tuned for updates. 


Q: Is there an order deadline?

A: Ordering closes two days prior to pickup. For example, place your order by noon on Wednesday pick up that Friday after 1 p.m. If you have a large order, contact me at carolyn@nilespie.com and we'll see what we can do. Make sure you're able to pick up your order on the date it's scheduled for pickup. Or make arrangements for someone to pick it up for you.


Q: Can I get orders delivered at work?

A: Yes! To make it worthwhile though, we need to have a minimum order of 10 items. Round up some coworkers and place an order! You don't need to order all together, but make sure to note in the order special instructions where the order is being delivered, and that it's part of a larger order. Q: How come you don't have apple pie this week?

A: We're going to have a changing menu of pies and pastries. Everything will be seasonal and as local as possible, and I want to keep it interesting. I'm going to try to make pies that you can't really get at Costco. I won't be able to resist pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving though.


Q: What about appetizers for entertaining?

A: Take a look at our Holiday menu -- there's some nice bite sized pastries that are perfect for entertaining.
